Should you exit the car the two guys assigned to you will follow. They're sporting black suits like the two men in your car. Note too that some of Cipriani's men are shooting in the streets too. In the commotion it's likely he'll run out into the street or at least into part of the parking lot where it's easy for you to kill him without leaving your car. The first boss at the fish factory in Chinatown is the easiest of the three to run over. You can pick up money and weapons from them after killing them, though, so if you're low on resources you might want to go all out instead. Toni has two guys assigned to taking out the Triad leaders and you're responsible for driving them to the showdown. The Triad base of operations is in the fish market in Chinatown.
